Organise services around customer needs. Explain who an offer is for, what problem it addresses and what an engagement produces. A diversified business needs an explicit relationship between its parent brand, practices and products.
Place relevant examples, client perspectives and delivery details near the claim they support. Distinguish measured results from aspirations. A logo alone gives less context than a concrete explanation of the work.
Agree who updates services, team details, articles and contact information. Define a review process and choose an editing system appropriate to the people who will maintain it.
Check mobile navigation, readable type, image behaviour, form feedback and the next step after submission. Review actual visitor tasks and qualified enquiries as well as traffic.
Discuss the workflow, the people involved and the evidence you need to make a decision.
